I have my SZ381 in the advanced docking station connectoin to a widescreen Dell LCD. WOuld love to be able to rotate the display at work so I have have the LCD in portrait mode. Much better for reading documents than widescreen :)

I notice that the current Nvidia control panel i have has no optiosn for Display rotation, despite the Nvidia built-in help sayign there should be. Additionally, I noticed that Nvidia has release new drivers and foreceware recently. I tried downloading but their setup bails b/c it says I don't have compatible hardware.

This happend when I used to have a Toshiba tablet PC with an nvidia driver. Someone had to hack around with the INF files to trick the setup into installing on it.

Has anyone done this for the Sony SZ series?

For some reason NVIDIA does not post the drivers for the GeForge GO7400 on their website, and thus the sony site is the only one to get the updates from. Go to http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/select-system.pl?DIRECTOR=DRIVER and select your model, and click on the "updates" section and there should be an updated NVIDIA driver there - but I don't know if it supports what you need. If you can't get ahold of it, I can send you the file.

Its best to use Sony's Nvidia driver.

I've try stupid things in the pass with my fujitsu with ATI driver and things went really wrong.
