I'm actually trying to help a friend format a SZ series laptop.

However, she told me the laptop didnt come with any drivers or utilities CD? Is that true with Sony laptops? Some built-in function? o_O

Are you suppose to have a CD (if there is one)? Can you download necessary drivers somewhere online?

    Her model is: vgn-sz433

    Help will be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!
