Is there anything I can do about this crappy Synaptics touchpad? I have two problems.

First, when tapping, it seems like it takes over a half second for the click to tap to actually register. For example, tapping on the pad to click a button takes over a half second to register. Clicking the physical button though, works just fine. Is there any way to decrease this "delay" and make it more responsive?

Second, is there any way to stop the damn driver from crashing?!? It seems to crash under certain software and am forced to restart the SynTPEnh.exe app. Any ideas? I'm using the 11.2.1.0 driver.

    Thanks.

I have the CS110E, and i sometimes notice that the scrolling would stop responding after an hour or so but i think it has something to do with power consumption/ management. I am using the 11.1.16.0 driver.
