    I've been lurking here for a month or so, impatiently waiting for my laptop to arrive. And today it finally did!

    So far I'm in love with it's beautiful pinkness. I know the Graphic Splash editions weren't well received, but I love the pink cover :p

    I'm a bit scared at the task of getting rid of the bloatware, I'm afraid I'll break something though I know this is the place to come for help.

    Step #1 make the backup recovery DVD set. That way no matter what you do you can easily get it back to the "out of the box" state.

    Did the recovery disk, uninstalled a few things... I'm down to 65 running processes LOL!! And I'm terrified to do anything else. hehehe
