Hey guys,
Like my subject says is there an economical way of repairing my LCD panel? I dropped the notebook while it was open, flat onto concrete and the LCD shattered from the impact.I'm fortunate nothing else was damaged so I am using right now as a desktop computer with an external monitor plugged into it. Does anyone know where to purchase an LCD panel replacement for my VAIO S260? If not what would you do in my shoes?

If the cost is too much for a replaced LCD panel, then I will look into buying a notebook brand new with accidental insurance on it for sure. I can't find anything that's built and looks quality other than the SZ series. So I think I'll have to bite the bullet and spend more than I want to for that build quality and the Sony name.![]()

If it's within 60 days of purchase you can still buy the accidental protection warantee.
