    Hi everyone,

I recently bought a cable that has VGA male on one end and S-video male on the other end. I tried plugging in the cable and I don't know how to activate it. I looked at the desktop property and I don't see anything that is related to TV OUT. I went to the video card property and there was nothing on TV OUT too. So, can anyone help me out here? Also, I bought the cable on EBAY! Thanks in advance. :)

hi, you can't connect your vaio because vga is analog and s-video is digital, so you need a converter to do this or buy the docking station.

there are lot of threads talking about this.
unfortunately we don't have s-video or hdmi in our SZ's.

    hope this can help you.
    bye
