I've been wanting a white TZ forever and went on ebay and found one

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320253206094

The laptop looks new, and the seller looks legit from what I see in their feedback rating. Im just posting on here for someone to ad their opinion. Another question that I have is in regards to "warranty" I see nothing in the listing about a factory warranty. Everything looks good to me so far, but I can always back out which would cause me negative feedback or I can bill it to my Chase card and then file a charge back, but this would be in an extreme situation

warranty is very important and if there's no warranty then go buy a TZ directly from sony. that way, you'll be sure that your getting a brand new notebook.

Go to squaretrade.com, you will not be disappointed.
Anyway, try call Sony and ask them about the warranty. I did that before with my UX390N bought on eBay and they accepted continue guarantee for it. You have an invoice to proof that I bought it.
