This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I loved my old one, but the beer I was drinking at the time apparently didn't. And now I can't get another one! How outrageous? Are there any companies that have them sitting in boxes in some warehouse out there? Maybe in circuit city's graveyard???

    Sorry for the rant, just don't like the new Z.

    You can always get the Vaio S, which looks really nice as well.

    IHateMayonnaise, like Lvivkse had mentioned, you can always check out ebay. I'll also suggest maybe craigslist & our own NBR MarketPlace.

    I also suggest considering the Vaio SR & the new S series notebooks. Good luck. :)

    My gf took over my 'old' SZ. It's still a beautiful device, especially the carbon fibre.. But as other people said, check out eBay..
