    Hey i'm new here,

    I have a Vaio PCG-K415 XP Laptop, and i have been having a problem with its Loading tray.

    I've kept some Art work stored on some RW DISCS and today i wanted to open them, but when i put the disc into the load tray on my laptop it doesn't open it, not sure why the lazer doesn't recognise the discs as i have opened them many times before.

    Any suggestions
