    Not having a lot of luck here in my search.

    I am tring to find out the IGO tip for a Sony Vaio VGN-Z11VN

    Why don't you write their customer support? They're responses are usually pretty quick (in my experience).
    Other way - I've bought IGO everywhere85 and when I received it, I had no working Internet connection. All I did was to check which tips did fit into my SZ and then check the provided voltage with multimeter. The ~20V one was my goal :)
