    Important VAIO Keyboard Question...

    Hi there,

    I have a VAIO NR498D Notebook, and I keep having the same problem when using Microsoft Word.

    I'll be typing something, and out of the blue the apostrophe won't work anymore, no matter what key I press. Instead, on the first click it will do nothing, but if I click it a second time it will do a strange double apostrophe thing. VERY frusterating while writing papers!!

    My only suspected reason for this has to do with the pink and green script on some of the keys... I know I should probably have read the manual or something, but I hav no idea how to make it stop, other than just starting a new document.

    Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated!!!...this paper is due tomorrow!
