    can't install Infineon TPM Professional Package
    have this error msg after double click on setup icon:

    Sorry, you dont have a TPM chip if you got your Z11/Z12 in North America (unless you specifically bought it from Sony business). Otherwise I don't know the cause.

    I have TPM chip ,and Infineon worked under xp but failed under w7 :|

    Go to the Sony support web site, download the TPM driver/software for your model, & install again? :confused:

    However, as Achusaysblessyou had mentioned, if your VAIO Z notebook is either the VPC-Z116GX/B or VPC-Z116GX/S, then there is no TPM chip built-into those 2 models.
