Recently the hard drive on my Sony Vaio VPC-F1190X failed. I replaced it with a new WD 7200 rpm drive. Unfortunately, the recovery discs won't work with a 4k byte sector drive, which is what the new drive is, only with a 512 byte sector drive.
I have installed Windows 7 Professional on the new hard drive. I need to install the drivers on the Sony eSupport site. Will they work with Windows 7 Professional? I can get Home Premium if necessary. I don't know which drivers and in what order. I have links to 3 sites, the Sony eSupport included, that show drivers and order, but they show different drivers and order. Which drivers do I install and in what order?
I also want to install the Vaio Control Center and Vaio Care, if possible. How do I do this?

this is a tricky bit, and depends on your model and provided Sony apps and drivers.
Re Sony apps:
I had put a summary of my experience (for Win 10 clean install) for VAIO Z here http://forum.notebookreview.com/index.php?posts/10153908
("Sony apps") but it will likely need a bit of experimenting - so be sure to do the relevant backups in between.
Re Sony drivers:
install the ones provided for your model, not much more to say.

Look for a "clean install" thread here for your model series.
