Hi. I'd like to buy an SSD to put into my F-series Vaio (F22M1E/B) to let it fly. Can someone tell me if I can install an SSD in the place of the current HDD or if it can only be done using a caddie in the optical bay (so how do you then use the Blu-Ray drive?). If someone could kindly help me through the steps I'd have to go through to install one who's experienced this laptop-changing update.

A bit off topic, but the F22 is easily the best laptop I've ever owned. Thank you kindly.
