Has anyone ever tried to install US drivers with Japanese VAIO laptops? Do they all work? I know I can use Universal Extractor to bypass model checker but I need to be absolutely sure since I am thinking of purchasing FW81. This is the Japanese model that comes with Radeon 3650 and HiColor screen at 1600x900.

It should be no problem, I install English/us drivers on Japanese OS all the time.
