    Does anyone know a site that has instructions on install ram on a Sony T250P??

    I just got a 256meg DDR 333 chip, is this the correct one for the T250P, Im almost certian just confirming...

    If you got the service manual with your machine, the procedure should be covered in there. Memory is notched so it can only go one way. The Sony T uses PC2700 memory if that is helpful. It is small enough it might use microdimms. Usually you just pop the panel off the bottom and stick it in.

    Yeah, I'm pretty sure the 250 has a door on teh bottom instead of under the keyboard.

    Yeah, these use microdimm ram. I've seen 512 meg sticks go for as low as $65 online.
