    hi, All..
I just got my new laptop which is sony SA290X (customized version)
Before I made the purchase, I saw the information on this form which indicates the S-series do support for SATA3. But today when I replace my new SSD which is Intel 510 series 250G on it, after I installed all the stuff then I found my SSD is only running under SATA2 in the IRST monitor.. :( it suppose to be SATA3..
So, I am wondering to know if there is anyone who can help me to solve this problem..
By the way, accroding to the other topic on this form, the WIDI 2.1 is avaliable after I follow the instruction from ( http://forum.notebookreview.com/son...sa-sb-sc-switchable-graphics.html#post7674743 )

I updated the IRST driver but it's still running under SATA2..

    note:
    SSD firmware is PWG4
    IRST driver is 10.6.0.1002

If you can help me, I will be highly apperciated..

So it says it's 3gbps ony?

Have you tried running a SSD benchmark to confirm the actual speeds are limited to SATA II speeds?

    Welcome to NBR :)
