    HI,
I know this has been mentioned some times at the forum - but all the links i have found are "dead".

I need the Intel Video driver for the Vaio Z.. and i managed to find this link:
    http://support.intel.com/support/chipsets/sb/CS-029319.htm

    Which one should i get?

Any help would be much appreciated :)

Unless you have Windows XP on your VAIO Z, do NOT install any Intel video drivers. Your nVidia driver (for Vista x86 or x64) contains drivers for both video cards.

Under Win XP the video drivers are separate and switching requires restart. In this case you can use latest video drivers from Intel and nVidia.

You should really go to the Sony Support website to get these. Often times the drivers are modified to work with Sony's system libraries. Case in point, the Nvidia drivers for the Sony FZ series. If you use some of the non-Sony supplied ones, the on screen display of the brightness bar is not supported.

    Thanks for your replies guys..
Actually i do not have the Z yet - i am just preparing a clean install when i get it :) - I just noticed the intel video drivers were not listed on sony's site, but if the nvivia drivers do the job under Vista, then i am ready to go :)
