    Hi everyone, After pulling apart my notebook due to the DC socket becoming extremely loose and often loosing power and becoming extremely hot (Also causing some serious wear on the battery, Three months worth in 4 days) I discovered that the DC socket is not soldered onto the motherboard and rather is just a simple sliding clip attached to a cord then the DC socket, If you ever need to get the loose socket fixed it changes the price from ~$200 down to about ~$50
