    I'll go first.

My name is Brent; although I have an alter ego called Slat. We get along most of the time but its hard keeping the voices straight at times--so accept my apologies if I contradict myself at times, its really not my fault, its *HIS*.

Anyway. . .Brent and I like to play a lot of video games (We own a Xbox, Gamecube, and a gaming PC. . .or three). And although long walks on the beach are one of our favorite activities--nothing can beat driving around in one of our mustangs. Its our "other" favorite thing to do. You also probably noticed that Brent has a problem sleeping, which is why he posts so much to these boards. . .looser.

Bah, he tells lies! Slat is the one with the problem, not me. I actually prefer to walk my dog or as he said drive one of the 'stangs--the yellow one is better.

No it is NOT! The black one is older so it is better, its a chick magnet.

Perhaps we will post pictures of them sometime. Slat is on here enough.

Last bit of info for now--Brent and I own our own computer business, fixing mostly but we also build custom machines. We *both* like computers a lot. People sometimes call us nerds.

Heh, well I hope that was a somewhat entertaining read, all of the info is true (except the split persona thing. . .really [ ;)]). Let us know a little bit about yourself.

Leave it to slat to make things interesting around here [ :p].
I guess I'll go next, although I don't have any split personalites like slat.
Name's Phil I'm a computer science major with a cs minor at the college of charleston.

I've built several custom desktops for fun. I built two for myself, one for my dad, and one for each of my sisters. I've also helped several people build their first computer.

Even though I don't have the split personalites like slat/brent, perhaps that will come with time, I also don't sleep much. I don't see the point. Look at it this way, if you get the "standard" 8 hours of sleep per night you sleep away 1/3 of your entire life. Then this also doesn't even cover being sick or when your a little kid and need more sleep.

I'll probably end up going to grad school for either networking or software architecture.

Outside of computers I enjoy playing paintball, soccer, and fencing.

    Well thats enough for now.

my name is Andrew, I graduated from Ohio State (GO BUCKS!) with a Computer Science major in 2000 and am currently working in NYC for American Express as a database and report developer and operate a few websites on the side [ ;)]

I have a lot of interests...computers + programming, running (just ran the Boston Marathon, whew!), history and having fun.

Quikster, I was in Charleston last week for a short trip, beautiful and historical city...as All American as they claim!
