This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Is Sony coming with CULV models?

    I agree with the necessity of a new ultraportable from Sony. I really don't understand the point of having 3 Atom based machines and not one T series with the latest technology. The TZ was a great laptop, the TT also. Sony must continue in this road. I mean maybe it makes sense the P series (because of the amazing form factor), and the W as a netbook, but what I really doesn't make sense to me is the X series. Another Atom based which cost also a premium..imagine the X with CULV, how much would it sell.
