    Hello,
Just received my Vista Business upgrade disk from QMedia.
The disk marked "Sony VAIO" and "For use only as an upgrade to a qualifying Sony PC".

I am concerned about performance of Vista on my new TXN15, and I would rather install it on my more powerful desktop (self-made, running genuine XP Pro). Other than legal restrictions (are there any?), is there something on this CD preventing or complicating installation on non-Sony PC?

    Thanks!
