Evening all. I own a VPCEA3S1E 14" laptop (HD5470). Stock resolution is 1366 x 768. Am I able to upgrade this to 1600x900? I see that there is a model VPCEA1S1E 14" variant (HD5145) that has 1600x900 resolution. I know that 14"1600x900 panels are available - can anyone provide any guidance on cross compatibility? Presumably the LVDS video cable may need to be changed? Thanks in advance!
