waz wonderin whether say a 128mb dedicated video ram can be upgraded to anything higher(256,512)..on a notebook....any ideas??

Sorry. You're stuck with whatever GPU & VRAM the notebook came with.

I don't think NBR has done a review for the FE 38GP yet. You could look at some of the older reviews on the FE to get a general idea.

yea i figured...i have chekd out reviews on FE series...i guess for 15.4" notebooks they sure are winners and with the 38GP having 2ghz(cure 2 duo),
1 gb ram(ext 2gb),120 gb hdd(5400 rpm, SATA),NVIDIA GeForce 7600 128mb dedicated graphics card(which accordin to NBR is the best a 15.4" can have!!!) ,only 2.8 kgs(awesome for its class), n all the other stuff(including the sleek design)....................it sure is gonna give a huge (further) kick to the FE series......
just waitin for a specific review though!!!
