    Looking to buy Vaio Z, but the remaining ones on the Sony Outlet have no mention if the dock is included. Specifically, do all of the vpcz2 cto models come with the dock?

    PMD comes optional on some models and standard on some models.
    You should ask them to make sure.

    Okay, then does the store have any restocking fee? The guy on the phone doesn't know either, so do I need to buy like 5 of them and hope one one them has it and return the rest?

    You should ask your local store about return policy. However, this model has been discontinued, so I don't know if they still have it.
