Is the Vaio Pro a well built laptop? Mixed reviews have me confused. Please comment.

I really like the design and looks of the Vaio Pro. I think it was created with a fantastic design. However, the reviews have been confusing. Some people claim that it is amazing while many others complain about fundamental issues. However, the reviewers do not generally give information about how long they've had it. It seems to be that either people love it or hate it. Any thoughts from Pro owners?

Additionally, is the wifi module inside the unit able to be swapped out with another AC enabled wifi module? I know Sony likes to be proprietary, but this is an important aspect.

I believe I have found the answer to the Wifi module. It definitely looks swappable for an AC version. Here is a link that shows a teardown and there is a photo with a close-up of the wifi module; but the print is too tiny to read what the specific model is. Vaio Pro teardown

Just for the record, the Vaio Tap 11 also has a swappable wifi module. The SSD in both units are M.2 form factor which uses PCIe. I'm only mentioning this because I'm thinking of getting the Tap 11 as a companion device to the Pro.

EDIT: The Tap 11 uses a standard mSATA drive, not M.2.
