Is there a wireless switcher that works with VGN-C1S in Windows 7?

HI. I;ve got a VGN-C1S (I know pretty old). Wireless switching works fine in Windows XP, but the original utility won't install in WIndows 7.

So i found Vaio Smart Network (SOAOTH-01534902-UN.exe), but that didn't get through the installation (even in compatibility).

I found another version 1.0 which did install and starts up fine, but the list of network devices is blank! (see image).

I have changed the wireless card to a Dell 1390 (to use with OSX), and the bluetooth is using Toshiba bluetooth stack.

These both work fine in XP. Is there anything else I cna try?
