This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Is there any Recovery DVD for VPCZ12AHX?

    Recently, I suffered from the lack of space with my 256GB SSD. After trying to clean the system again and again, finally I formated the recovery disk and got about 12 GB free space.

    But now, I got a problem. The explorer.exe keeps crashing whenever a network connection is available, give an error code "0XC0000005". I searched the Microsoft technique support Homepage and tried to solve this for several days and got no results. All the things I can do now seems to be reinstalling the OS. :(

    Does anybody have a Recovery DVD or a clean backup file? :) Thanks.
