Hello everyone, I found out recently that there's a converter from VGA to S-Video and I bought the cable, which it didn't work. What I found was when I went to desktop property there's a button that say "TV," so there's must be a way to hook my SZ270 to TV. So, does anyone know how to do this?? Thanks in advance. :)

Did you check your display settings?

Right click on your desktop, go down to "properties" and click on that. Find the "settings" tab. In that there should be an "advanced" button. Click on that and see if you have a "monitor" tab or something similar where you can set it to "TV". This may be total rubbish as I am currently using (and referring to) my Compaq... not my VAIO at the moment. But that's where the option for using a TV is located on this machine.

i use this, TV-Encoder from Grantec.

it's called, 'Grandtec Hand View', it uses USB power.

it's pretty nice when playing games :)

also, check FN + F7 settings. sometimes it doesn't seem to work, but most of the time, it works well.
one more thing, just 'cable' won't work, you need a decoder that decodes D-SUB signal to SVIDEO or Vindeo output. a Decoder with power.
