    Sounds ok. We have it here for ~$1380, but with Bing cashback in certain places, we can get it for ~$1300 so it is pretty even. Go for it, I am loving my SR right now!

    There's no "tax" in HK. It's already included as part of the sale price so what you see is what you get. Wish other countries would do this... have to pull out a stupid calculator for every purchase (so to speak).

    You can get a SR with the same specs for $1211 after bing and rebate at jr.com.

    Too bad you can't stack the $100 rebate AND the mobility/producitivity bundle...

    the guys in HK. im not too sure that bing + rebate + any foreign conversion would make up for shipment costs.

    also, is the rebate applicable to shipments overseas?

    Would be applicable, since you'd have to ship it domestically first fthen ship it overseas (he could be visiting there and just asking for a price comparison, who knows).
