This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Issues with TV Tuner and Vaio Zone, any help appreciated

    Hi. So recently I did a clean install of Windows XP (my copy) on my VGN-A790. When I reinstalled Vaio Zone via my recovery disc, it failed to recognize the TV Tuner. The drivers for everything are working properly and everything else seems to be in order. I've reinstalled the app a bunch of times to no avail. Any ideas? It kind of sucks because my computer is my TV at school, so if anybody has any ideas they'd be well appreciated. Thanks.
