This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Japanese FZ Bluray drivers

    Hey.. I bought my FZ model (FZ70B) in Japan a month ago. I couldn't use the japanese vista version so i installed the english version. After the installation my bluray/DVD/CD drive showed up under "my computer", but suddenly it all went away. Under device manager I find it as "Mat****a BD-MLT UJ-220V ATA Device", but it misses it's drivers and I cant find it in vista nor on the web. Can somebody help me? I have tried to use Vaio update, but it wont run, and I can't find some of the Vaio drivers (to chipset, sound etc) on the Japanese Sony site.
