I have the SZ-330 and love it. I bought mine at Best Buy. I have had it running Vista since December with no real issues. My SZ gets usage for work, home and school. So far, no real issues. At first, after loading Vista, I was disappointed with the battery life, but once I tweaked my power settings it has an acceptable amount of run time.

The 330 has both a vid card on the motherboard as well as a dedicated Nvidia graphics card. I got mine back in late September, and I think I paid $2000 for it.

    I bought my SZ330P/B from CircuitCity for $1600 after rebate...it was quite a sale..original price was $2099 so I got a steal.

It's been flawless since I got it. Running Vista Home Premium with Dual Booting original XP install.

First thing like with any laptop these days is to uninstall all the junk Sony sticks on there. Also would recommend Kaspersky AV over Norton anyday.

Hey all. I just bought my SZ330 3 days ago and so far it's been pretty good with the exception of the battery life, more on that later. I bought mine at Office Depot for $1199. It was originally $1899 but an employee put a password on there and forgot it so they told me there was no way to load WINXP. Hah, I asked them if I could get a discount and they knocked off $700...hard to believe I know. Downside to all this is I had to format and install WINXP without a chance of running that VAIO Recovery disks. Would anyone happen to have an image of their recovery disks for me to download? I know I can purchase one off Sony but I wanted to see my options first. What kind of battery life are you guys getting and on what settings? Did you guys get your adapters replaced by a 3-pronged cord?

You'll have to reboot your laptop for the change to take effect if you change the switch while login to Windows.
