I just received my AR630E. I love it so far but when I go to Explorer, I only see the C: drive. Shouldn't I have 2 Drives? New to all of this. Thanks

Don't know your exact model but why do you expect 2 drive letters?
I have a different AR (2x250 GB) but since RAID0 is used by default, these appears as 1 single drive, therefore C: only.
There's probably a recovery partition but not visible in Windows by default.
If you want to divide your HDD(s) into several partitions you'll have to do this manually.

I figured it out. Just went to Computer Management and Disk Management and formatted the other drive and assigned a drive letter. this thing is sweet
