I just got an e-mail regarding Vista Express Upgrade. Here is the content of the e-mail.

Microsoft Windows Vista Express Upgrade order status
Your order has been received and is in process. Your Windows Vista Express Upgrade kit will be shipping shortly.
If your proof of purchase has been submitted and validated, your order should arrive within 2-4 weeks from this notification.
If your proof of purchase has NOT been submitted, it will ship 6-8 weeks after receipt of a valid proof of purchase.

The problem is that this e-mail really doesn't tell me if they have received my fax or not. Anyway, it looks like we still have wait another couple of weeks at least.

Do they accept email scans of your receipt?
