This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Just got my SZ680 SWEET!!!!!

    After reading the threads about the new SZ6 I was looking for the worst. I ordered the 2.0 2g 160g HD

    I must say that this is a sweet notebook!!!!!. I am very happy with it so far.

    I don't have any light leaking from the lcd. Vista only took 30min to complete factory setup. The battery only took a hour to charge.

    I am still uninstalling the crap software MAN 3gigs or more of crap software.

    Vista seams to run fast boot time is fast haven't timed it I would say under a min. Shut down is the same.

    The only problem I have is all the extra software I don't want. I'm looking foward to a clean install once the drivers are working. Untill then I will uninstall what I can.

    I got it from newegg.com. I got the SZ680N02 with the BPS10 Battery
