I just won a Sony FZ11S on ebay. The seller doesn't know anything about the Sony warranty. Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find out how much is left on it or if indeed any is left?
    I'm in the UK. Thanks.

my guess would be to get the serial/ID/ect numbers off the back of the laptop and get the sellers sony account info(if they have one) and then contact sony via website or by phone and ask them.

Without a receipt your warranty by default starts the date of the market release.
