Does anyone know if there is any difference between using the N4 vs N27 tip? Kensington recommends the N27. Any actual experience is appreciated.

    Thanks

Yes, there is a difference. Using tips other than what Kensington says to use can seriously damage your notebook.

I've used N4 since April. Just switched to N27. Notice no differnce except N27 has a slightly snugger fit. That's it.

I use the N27( mine came with 3 tips).
It's only $9.99 for the pack of three, why not use the one recommended by the manufacture. There must be a reason why Kensington says to use N27, they made the product.
