    Hey all!

I'm looking for a keyboard protector that will not only serve as a protection from spills, but a way to increase the 'springy-ness' of it. I like to type fast, and making it springy-er will help me do that. Right now, it's perfectly fine...but before I start pounding away, I want to know how I can protect it. I haven't done any heavy-duty typing on it (yet)...

I've been looking at other keyboards and wondering what will make a keyboard springy...and have yet to see what that is.

Thanks for any and all help!

I don't like keyboard protectors very much. I think you'd be better off been careful about the water. Also most laptop keyboards can stand up to heavy duty typing now (spoken with experiance).

Some of the cooling of the laptop is done through the keyboard.I don't really suggest using anything that will block that airflow.

Yeh, as mujtaba said, they do often use keyboards for cooling. I'd just like to add that although you could get round this my seriously downclocking but I'm still really not in favour of keyboard protectors.

Some of you guys need to check this link out.

Some of these extensions cause memory leaks. :(
