I own a Vaio VGN-fs640/W and recently the four arrows keys as well as the page down, page up, end, home and insert keys stopped working. I took the keyboard out and put it back in to see if there was a loose connection in the ribbon cable, but no result. Is there's something else that might have gotten loose while I opened the underside casing (trying to fix the audio jack, nightmare) that just needs to be reconnected? Please help! Thank you!
