This never happened before but today when I turn my Sony notebook I noticed the fan was on full power right away even the room was around 68F. But when I when to standby mode then of cource the fan turned off then when I wake the computer the fan is working as normal. I just wondered why did the fan use full power for more than 30 min after I turn on my computer this morning even the room was not hot at all or the computer.

Basicly I think that if I do anyway of powering off the system the fan would stop and then when I turn it on again maybe it reseted the fan speed I don't know.

if it isn't making any out of the ordinary sounds I wouldn't worry about it.
my laptops fans blow pretty hard when you first boot them up sometimes.

Another possibility is that there is a process that runs that uses a lot of CPU. It could be a Windows Update or some other update process. Check the task manager when the fan is blowing and see if anything is eating up a lot of cpu time.

If you had installed anything during the time it was up before you rebooted (even if it was two weeks ago, and you only used standby since then), it will do reindexing after reboot. That is a heavy operation, and more than enough to get the fan spinning for a while.
