I finally decided to upgrade my S with an SZ.
I found this fairly competitive price for a SZ in Hong-Kong. I realized that it states:
13.3" Wide (WXGA: 1280 x 800) TFT colour display (Clear Bright LCD: Single Lamp, Wide View)
The complete specs can be found here.
Is this the type of screen that is used in the US-Premium models? If that is so, I don't care about the carbon fiber casing, and I will upgrade the HDD myself.
What do you think?

no LED on that one, this one does thou:

Also carbon-fibre makes a fair difference on reducing weight and increasing strength of the unit. (1.85kg vs 1.69kg)
If your upgrading from a S-series which i also did i would suggest going for the premium with the White LED as the screen quality is quite different moving from the S->SZ->SZ Premium. But the price difference is fairly high. LED is only available with premium models.
LCD backlit screen on a non-premium SZ?
