I dropped my laptop off at the Sony Store expecting the repair to take less than a week but now it's taking over a month because of there error. The first repair caused all sorts of scratches on my Sony S. I had to send it back in and now every time I show up at the store they tell me it will be just another week. I'm getting tired of it now and would like to know how I can get this escalated. I know dell has a escalation email but I can't seem to find one for sony? Who should I email?

Let me guess. Sony NA right? Sony makes great products. Their customer service is top notch in Japan. Their service in North America.... sucks. Sony should really just run their service here with employees from Japan.
If you want it done right and right away, take it to China. Their the tech will get on it right away and you can even watch since his work area is in a glass booth. -
yup, Sony NA. Any tips for getting it pushed for a faster repair? I mean it ridiculous that it takes over a month for parts to reach the us...

if you think tht's bad... im still waiting for the LCD shipment for my vaio Z... been 3 mths alrdy
1st shipment -> every LCD panels came with bright / dead pixels -> claimed by sony singapore
2nd shipment -> still waiting for it... est another 2 - 3 weeks
i can't stand using imperfect screen... hence the laptop is collecting dust at my room... currently using macbook instead
