    Hi everyone!
    I was wondering if anyone has ordered from this site before?

    I'm thinking of purchasing the SZ780N5 and that was the cheapest place I found. Reseller Ratings for the site isn't too bad but I just wanted to check with the NBR community.

    Looks like the past six months hasn't been the store's best period, but overall, the company is rated well here.

    I did a year or so ago, but not recently.
    Based on the current reviews:

    as was mentioned above, their last 6 months looks pretty weak.
    Compared to a "golden" merchant like newegg.com, there is no comparison.

    Yes, I had no problems. I ordered 2 monitors and a router. It came on time and was in perfect condition.

    I hate those reseller ratings sometimes.
    I used to read those ratings and I could never decide who to go with; I always seemed to focus on the negative part only.
    I never had problems with J&R and Frys (I have ordered from them over a dozen times)and they have a horrible rating.
    I have ordered from Newegg many times and had issues with shipping. I still do bussiness with them.
    Soon or later everyone can and will make a mistake.

    OK, news
    My friend just emailed me and said the opposite after the read this
    He had problems with the customer service and they were rude, they also screwed up his order and now he is the one cleaning up the mess.

    Again, my experience was fine but my friend had major issues and will never use them again.
