Hi, i have VGN-SR590GYB, i want to know that what should i do to extend battery life when i'm at home or offce?

1- disconnect the battery from notebook and only use adaptor
2- use adaptor until the battery charged and then disconnect the adaptor
3- connect both of them (battery and adaptor) to the notebook.

    which one is better?

Do you have a battery care function, you could cap your battery at 50%.
Also, you could take it out and store it half empty somewhere cool.
