    Looking for opinions on Sony notebook for home video editing

    Help. I've been researching for a few weeks and have successfully managed to utterly confused myself.

    I like the Sony style and name. So I am looking for a solid computer in terms of home video editing and DVD burning.

    I'd look at something like the HP zv6000. I would recommend a faster hard drive for video encoding. You should consider "What should I buy?" FAQ in the hardware forum and post there.

    The A series is very good for video editing.
