Hi! I will be visiting London next week and I am looking to buy a Sony Vaio S. The only problem is that I cant find any store that sells these models for a good price. What I have found is the Sony Centre in Tottenham Court Road from which I am unable to configure the laptop and as such be forced to purchase a pre configured model (which have bad graphics). So can anyone please tell me of a store where I can purchase a Sony Vaio S (preferably SA) somewhere near Oxford Street in London?
Thanks

While my post is, again, useless and offering only false hope....
I took a look at a Sony Style store in Taiwan recently, there are SA/SB models with only a HD6470m. So SA doesn't guarentee HD6630m. -
Mostly I would like the GPU as I can live with the lower res screen
Is there really a big difference between the HD6630 and the HD 6470M? Also does anyone know if the HD 6470M will be capable of running Battlefield 3 once it comes out ?

All CTO SA models in UK come with a 6630. However, there are only a configure to order models in the UK. They can be viewed at the Sony centre in Tottenham Court Rd but as you know you these are for display purposes only.

I can't say anything for BF3 as no requirements are known now, but i'll assume the 6630M will handle it at low... which means 6470m... good luck! (note that my HD3000 on my i5-2500k ran BFBC2 at 20 fps at 1600x900 on lowest res... so... yeah, but BFBC2 is a more CPU dependant game than others...) -
So there is no chance for me to get a SA model from London?

If i may ask, where are you from? It could help us advise you of other options -
Have you tried in other store like Curry or Pc World?

As i wrote earlier in the UK the SA is a CTO model only for now anyway. So, no retailers stock it. Retailers do though stock the SB which you're not interested in.
In Germany a preconfigured SA is sold but in the UK it's not available.
