Thank You Very Much , But These Option didn't solve my problem Yet !
I am looking for a Good way to solve this issue , If you know how I can quite the fan voice please help me . -
Here's the short version:
I had the same problem, returned the laptop, it's a common problem with all VAIO F. -
and Is your laptop's Fan Silent Now ?!! and Did they change you laptop's Fan ?!
But I don't access to vaio repair center in my country for Now ! -
^I think he's saying it's just the design and either deal with it, or return it for a refund.

The fan is not silent and will never stay off. When operating correctly it will constantly change speed and make intermittent whining sounds. This is standard behavior for an F.
-
That it can't stay off is more than clear - no laptop with dedicated GPU that I have seen manages that - it is the GPU that dissipates most of the heat. But changing speeds all the time is definitely not ok!! -
-
Alternative option would be to return to the older BIOS if it caused no problems. -
On the plus side, the F does run cooler than other laptops with i7 + dedicated graphics. -
But Now Do You Have Any Good way to solve this problem Because I have F115FM/B and It Bothers me Every Day Because of it's Loud Fan Voice ?!!! -
No, there's no solution other than to get used to it or get rid of it.

I agree, I rememeber some months ago at the Sonystyle store where they have the entire range, I could clearly hear the VAIO F range fans, the others could not be heard in the store, so I restarted the 3-4 VAIO F they had, and gave them some time to login again, but again the fans started and never stopped, they were loud even in a noisy store, I don't understand why Sony haven't fixed this...

I've looked at the OP specs and their laptop has got a quad core cpu. It looks like all models i3-i7 are affected by this though.
What i would be interested in knowing is if the Z actually has better fan/heat control than the F series when used in speed mode. If so then this is bad considering how big the F series compared to the Z. I know that with the VPC-Z there has much less complaints about fan noise compared to the VGN Z.
The 330M is a dedicated card but it's not a high end card. I've used laptops with mid range dedicated graphics in the past and fan noise was not a big issue.

It's because of the graphics card, the Z's dedicated card is 330M (the same as some F models) and it also 13.1 and about 3lbs.
These problems that the F series is having is not acceptable. -
The F runs very cool compared to laptops with similar specs, e.g. HP Envy. So the cooling system is certainly effective. The fan also doesn't run very fast unless you're really stressing the laptop. There are three things that make the F fan annoying:
1. The fan sound is not just the typical whoosh but has some groan to it to (if that makes any sense). This seems to be a common trait across much of the Sony lineup right now. It means the fan is audible even at low speed.
2. The fan constantly changes speed. At light load, it oscillates between the lowest speed and a low-medium speed. If you start to stress it a bit, say transcoding a couple videos simultaneously, then it will oscillate around the midpoint of its rpm range. It never seems to settle into a constant speed.
3. There is an acoustic resonance at a certain fan rpm that makes a faint but audible whining noise. As the fan speed oscillates through this rpm range, you hear this faint whining noise intermittently.
The following You Tube video illustrates some of the F fan quirks. In the video, the microphone is placed right next to the fan, so it picks up more of the whooshing of the airflow than you hear from a typical distance. It also makes it sound louder than it really is. But it will give you an idea.

Personally, the fan doesn't bother me at all except in a very quiet room. But because of the constant speed changes, you never completely tune it out. My old work laptop used to make more noise, but since it was constant I tended not to notice it after a while.
