    pls guys where can I get the drivers for modem on high definition audio on my pcg-7v2n laptop. Also I get an exclamation point on my audio.

    Hi, we need to know a bit more information. Did you reinstall or did your modem just stop working? Also, what OS are you using?

    tnx for the response... got the drivers for the modem already but the i still get an exclamation point on my audio drivers... i just installed windows xp sp2... where can i get the right audio drivers?

    Your model is a Japanese model.
    I don’t know how helpful to you this is because i cannot understand the page in full. I'm not certain if that is just an update over an existing driver package or whether you can install that if you have no drivers installed already.

    If you run that and it doesn’t work try uninstalling it and requesting a hotfix from Microsoft for a UAA driver.

    Apply that first shut down and restart and then try the drivers again.
