It seems that most online stores only sell 4G-RAM Z21. Is there any possibilty that I can install additional ram by myself?
The CTO version from sonystyle is too expensive.

    Thanks in advance.

I do not have Z2, but adding RAM to almost laptops is quite easy.
Usually, there is a cover under the bottom of the laptop. Some may also have one slot under the keyboard. This requires you to know how to open the keyboard.

Unless I am mistaken the RAM in the Z21 is proprietary.

My bad. I just look again at some Z photos and found out, at this moment, no one probably can upgrade its RAM except Sony.
RAM is near 2 heat sinks.
